Starfish is pleased to announce with you that we’ve partnered with SEMCA to offer the Connections (BRN) program for our staff to elevate barriers to your employment. If you are experiencing barriers that could potentially impact your employment you may benefit from speaking with a SEMCA Success Coach. The SEMCA Success Coach can help find solutions to challenges you are facing. This program will begin February 17, 2023 - December 17, 2023. Employees interested in this program will have the option to work with a success coach either in person (at Hiveley), virtually (click here), or via email/phone (refer to the attached schedule for more detailed information). While working with the success coach your identity will be confidential and will not be shared with Starfish.
Connections (BRN) Employee Program Information
Employees who wish to request alternate dates for the floating holidays (December 26th, 27th and 28th) may complete the 2023 Floating Holiday Declaration Form with supervisor’s signature (approval) and submit their request to hr@sfish.org. If you have any questions, please email Diane Baker (dbaker@sfish.org).
